Overall, we’ve delivered six fully-fledged platforms. Three of them have more than one app. Two enable new revenue opportunities for our customers. On top of these six apps, we’ve been developing Views Tools, an experience for designers and developers boosting implementation productivity. We hope the results speak for themselves.

We’ve developed Views by testing it on real life products for over eight years. We’ve pivoted many times and tested several alpha/beta versions with different sets of requirements. Here are the results of our work only in the last year, 2020.

More about Views

  • Next state to join is Colorado, next speciality to be supported is eye care
  • 49 main user-facing features (does not include all the DevOps and back-end related features)
  • 6 days of development in total including design and testing
  • Average end-2-end development cost per feature — $110
  • Average end-2-end development time per feature — 1.2 hours
  • Stable build — 99.9% uptake — 0% crashing — High performance

Direct Dental Care Platform

Data management platform directly connects dental providers and patients saving out-of-pocket costs of preventive care for patients, and generating additional income for providers.
Status: In production

The results

  • Created financial model for dental services providers by building the network around a discount plan — predicted network value $5mln
  • 40–60% out of pocket savings on monthly benefit costs for patients due to savings introduced by more productive data management and less manual process than in the insurance claim model
  • High customer satisfaction
  • Stable build — 99.9% uptake — 0% crashing — High performance
  • 73 user-facing features delivered in total
  • 6 months of active development
  • Average end-2-end development cost per feature — $3.2K
  • Average end-2-end development time per feature — 2.7 days

Appointment Widget

Online appointment booking for new patients of dental and orthodontic clinics
Status: In production

The results

  • 295% increase in new patients exams
  • Seamless experience for the clinics since the data was integrated into their practice management software

The demo site

Digital Patient Onboarding

Replaces paper forms with digital, Typeform-like experience (one question at the time). Patients can provide required information at their convenience.
Status: In production

The results

  • Full compatibility with legacy software over a REST service
  • Over 50 questions in the flow with 10 custom made components
  • The first implementation of Views states machine and data automation streamlined the design process and kicked off new design patterns discovery

The demo site (you have to first schedule a new patient appointment to start the onboarding process).

Self-Checkin App

Allow patients to check-in as they arrive to the clinic for their appointment without need to wait in line at the front-desk
Status: In production

The results

  • Streamlined check-in process saves the front-desk staff on average 25 hours a month
  • The ability to check-in on an iPad raises the image of a clinic as modern and technology enabled
  • App lowers the frustration for patients who would otherwise have to wait in line only to provide their name

Studio Ganesh Mobile Apps

Fitness studio management platform allows members to sign up for classes and admins to monitor signups.
Status: In production

First version, member app

The results

  • This very successful MVP confirmed the need and value of simplified experience in fitness studio management
  • Simplified access with passcodes rather than with full blown email signup
  • Instructors save time when they prepare for the classes since they know ahead how many people will attend
  • Allows admins to monitor the attendance and adjust the schedule
  • Validated UX model, one action, no user profile, get in and get out
  • Validated admin UX as a separate app, as oppose to permission based feature locking

Views Tools

Development tools that give quick access to the application’s code base, help make sense and manage the state, automate the compilation process, allow designers to design using simplified abstraction layer on top of React and GraphQL.
Status: In development

The results

  • 20 major versions and 11 different user experiences — we pivoted more times than I can count!
  • The framework and the tools brought great productivity in all tested projects, which makes us very hopeful for the launch.

Practice Management Platform

Give full visibility and control of medical practice, help communicate with patients, automate manual tasks
Status: In development

Very early prototype

The challenge

  • Massive amount of features to match the legacy software
  • New communication features

Patient Portal

Status: In development

First prototype

The challenge

  • Wide user age group, 10 to 100 years old
  • Data compatibility with legacy platform
  • Cross-platform UI between native mobile, mobile web, and desktop

Thank you to everyone on all the teams for the amazing work, time, and effort put into making the best possible experiences for our customers! 🎉
